Offshore Financial Solutions was established in Los Angeles by Bruce Wiseman. Mr. Wiseman is a founding partner of Wiseman & Burke, Inc, a business and financial management company that handles the financial affairs of people in the entertainment industry including actors, actresses, producers, directors, screenwriters, composers, and recording artists.
Semi-retired from Wiseman & Burke, Mr. Wiseman, concerned with the deteriorating condition of the dollar and the U.S. economy, looked for a solution that would enable his clients to protect and diversify their assets in a safe, investor friendly offshore jurisdiction.
After hundreds of hours of research, and thousands of miles of international travel, Mr. Wiseman established working relationships with top law firms in Panama that provide offshore corporations, foundations, bank accounts and wealth management services.
Mr. Wiseman has a Masters Degree with Honors from San Jose State University, and was a senior banking officer with banks in Beverly Hills and the San Francisco Bay Area.
He now assists clients in relocating assets to highly secure, investor friendly offshore jurisdictions.
